However, she was there with the intention of tackling Nikki Bella and Naomi. In the Battleground's pre-show she was given a chance to take on Naomi. In the match, Ariana beat Naomi. In the aftermath, they began competing. The summer of 2010 the two wrestlers competed against one other in various singles and handicap events and tag team battles. In the years that followed, she competed with various fellow wrestlers such as Paige Bella Twins Alicia Fox and Asuka. After a period of inactivity for two months, WWE has confirmed that Ariana had been let go of her contract. Arina joined WWE NXT when she resigned from WWE. Arina appeared in a variety of episodes of NXT which included in the NXT Women's Championship.
